Update for 'F' and 'G' boxes

This is the software update for the 'F' and 'G' -range of BT boxes.

PLEASE NOTE: You require a USB memory stick to copy the update to the box.

1. Turn on your BT Box;
2. If you don't know your username and password...
a) Select the purple 'MyTV' app. It won't work, but you only need to select 'Edit Portal';
b) Take a note or a photograph of the username and password and then press 'Home';
3. On a laptop or PC, copy the update, 'b1g.apk', to a USB memory stick;
4. Plug the USB stick into your BT Box's USB connection on the right-hand side;
5. Use your remote control's arrow keys to select the yellow 'More App' box;
6. Then, select the yellow 'File List' picture;
7. Select the USB memory stick picture, usually 'C:';
8. Select the 'b1g.apk' file you copied earlier;
9. Select 'Install' - It should only take around 15 seconds to fully install;
10. Select 'Open' to open the 'Sign-In' screen;
11. Enter the same username and password you made a note or photo of earlier (step 2 & 3);
12. Click 'Sign-In' to start enjoying your favourite shows;

If your unit says "Your subscription has expired...", you need to top-up your box. Contact your supplier for support.
